Cook until the onions are softened and translucent, 2-3 minutes. Add the meat, using a wooden spoon to break up the clumps. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Instructions. In a medium sized sauce pan, over medium-high heat melt together the butter and the cream cheese, whisking almost constantly until smooth. Once smooth, add the garlic powder, drippings, whisk and pour in the milk until the sauce reaches the consistency you desire. Add salt and pepper to taste.
